In 2022 we're determined to be stronger than ever. I firmly believe that the last two years have helped us forge characteristics deep enough to help us thrive in 2022. The perilous training ground of 2020 and 2021 have equipped us to achieve the Success we've strived for. It has left us better for the experience, creating a heightened level of Tenacity and Resilience. Looking at the year ahead, I'm convinced that if we are Obstinate in the face of adversity, Neglect the distractions and remain Goal focused, we can Enjoy the small victories, celebrate the triumphs and Reflect on our true strength with pride. Choose this year to be stronger than the disappointments, stronger than the hurdles and stronger than the naysayers. Believe that your strength, your passion and your faith will carry you into new horizons. Make yourself proud as you embark on the journey of becoming the best version of you. This may just be an oxymoron of note! For many of us, "celebrating" is not a word we'll associate with what has been the most historical year in centuries. Twelve months out of a lifetime is not enough to cast a blanket of despair. Surely we have weathered more severe storms, surely we have felt the pangs of birthing something new and surely we haven't forgotten the extremities of it. A pandemic does not have to be the end but it can be a start to something new. I cast my thoughts back to when something new was born out of a crisis and a lack of alternatives. Business ideas are usually accompanied with plans, strategies, start up costs and a list of do's and dont's. For Ingwe, it was quite the contrary, it was a leap of faith and a plunge into the unknown. Looking back, I realize that it was a thrust into a future of possibilities, a set up by a Heavenly Father who knew that this was just the beginning of a journey to add value, to change lives and make a difference. As I consider the highs and lows, the homes bought and sold, and the relationships forged, I'm reminded that the foundation has been built on a commitment to be a positive contributor. This has found us in good stead, it is the aorta of Ingwe Property Group. 21 years later we get to celebrate the opportunity to Make a difference!
